3. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request:

We will:

  • Review the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Record the removal for our records

If the notice is incomplete or invalid, we may request additional information.

4. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe that your content was removed mistakenly or misidentified, you may file a DMCA counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number
  2. Identification of the content removed and its location prior to removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error
