Republic Watch (“we,” “our,” “us”)
At Republic Watch, we are committed to accuracy, fairness, transparency, and ethical journalism. These Editorial Guidelines define the standards our writers, editors, and contributors must follow when creating news, analysis, and opinion content for the Site.
These standards ensure trust with our readers and compliance with Google News requirements.

Republic Watch provides fact-based reporting, analysis, and commentary on political, social, technological, and global issues affecting the United States and the world.
We aim to:
- Inform the public

We prioritize integrity over speed, and accuracy over sensationalism.

Accuracy is our highest editorial priority.
We require our writers to:
- Verify all factual statements
- Cross-check information with credible sources
- Use primary sources whenever possible
- Cite data, statistics, and direct quotes properly
- Avoid speculation presented as fact
If information cannot be confirmed, we clearly label it as:
- “Unverified”

If an error is discovered, we:
- Correct it promptly
